The Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill on Fishing Industry, Commercial Fishing, and Protection of Aquatic Bioresources

The bill (Reg. No. 8454) sets legal, economic, social and organizational principles of fishing, the order of relations between the state governing bodies and users of bioresources in the process of study, protection, reproduction, and rational use of bioresources which belong to the inland water bodies of Ukraine, its continental shelve, exclusive maritime zone, and the World Ocean.
